Please add splenectomy to surgical procedures

The new download feature isn’t working at the moment it want let me play the modules off of WiFi when I download them

How can I disable the audio in the app? I enjoy listening to music while I am using it, and while I’m working on lessons it disables the music playing in another app.

The app is very useful 

But would be great if allow user to add notes or have function to annotate the slides
