So I start a simulation, and it tells me to postion the patient and I do everything I can of, but what solves it is tapping all over the screen until the step changes. I even had trouble tapping the white circles. They would not respond at all until I did a tapping frenzy, then the next step would start. 

There are long loading pauses between each step of the IMA harvesting procedure. The graphics are beautiful though! 

I very much enjoy this app very much. But I would rather have the downloadable feature for modules in the old version of it. This way no matter where I am I can rest my brain and ask it to push me even when I’m not in connection to WiFi of such things likewise.
