Procedures don’t appear
When I load the app, no procedures or specialties appear. Same on the TS-Player app. On that one I can search for procedures, but it then says I do not have permission to view it.

Really sorry to hear you're having an issue with procedures not appearing. It seems that a few users are having the same problem.
Could you possibly do the following:
Firstly, log out of the app(s) and then log back in. I've been advised by our technical team that the issue should then resolve.
However, if logging out and logging back into the app again, does not work, please delete the app(s) and then reinstall.
Please let me know how you get on and if after the above actions, you still do not have access to the procedures I will refer back to our technical team for further guidance.
