Loading problem

I found a small bug in the beta app. I have been trying to access individual phases of the anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, and when I try, it briefly shows the touch surgery logo spinning as it does when loading, and then goes back to the menu for said procedure.

I then tried to access different procedures in the neurosurgery section, and clicking the arrow on the far right by the procedure names yielded the same result for ACDF and carotid endarterectomy, but took me to the beginning of the surgery like normal in the acute trauma craniotomy and thoracic epidural tumor procedures.

I tried closing and re-opening the app and this did not fix the problem.

I looked at several operations in the general surgery section, which all worked both from the main list as well as from individual selections on the "learn" button for individual phases.

Hi Harrisonsn,

Thank you for your feedback. This issue has been logged and we are working very hard to fix it. In the meanwhile, could you please try to download the same procedure from an area with good internet connection. That may resolve the issue for you. In either case, we are working hard to resolve the issue at our end.

thanks for following up. I'm in an area with good internet connection. I tried starting the ACDF from the phase three by clicking the learn button and this time it crashed the app. Crashed three times in three attempts.

Thanks for letting us know! We have actually seen your crash report from yesterday. This is very helpful we will now be able to address this issue. You should see this fixed by the next beta. Out of interest, does it only crash on this particular procedure?

That's the only one I've seen that crashes the app completely so far, but I mentioned that if you swipe through procedures sometimes it gets stuck in the loading page, and I tried that for phase 2 of fixation of spinal epidural tumor and it got stuck in that one too.

Actually just now, trying to open phase 1 of the spinal epidural tumor procedure caused the app to crash.
